Black white, white black, that is what everyone seems to be focused on these day. Socially...economically...historically...it has dominated the airways and been the problem and the answer to many questions and concerns.
When it comes to taking pictures, that thought seems to go out the door. Colors provoke emotions, ideas and change opinions of any person, place or thing. whether it is a man wearing a pink shirt of a girl dressed in a royal blue, you processes each and every aspect of what you see differently.
Though all those aspects are important, it often covers up the TRUTH.
When you pick apart the meaning of a black and white picture you can't use colors as a crutch. You can't judge a man by his pink shirt or his purple shoes, but by the person that he is. It demands that you find a deeper meaning to what your examining. It demands that you leave you biases and your beliefs behind. It demands that you see everything as it is, equal.
Something the Black and White conversation in this world need to focus on.
Color or colour (see spelling differences) is the visual perceptual property corresponding in humans to the categories called red, blue, yellow, green and others. Color derives from the spectrum of light (distribution of light power versus wavelength) interacting in the eye with the spectral sensitivities of the light receptors.
